Neutron Starfish
A classic from Debbie and Jacob, Neutron Starfish is a stunning symmetrical washing machine that blends Sit and Spin, Big Le Moi, and High Barrel Roll into one continuous, flowing masterpiece. In this class, we’ll break down each machine, train both sides, and then stitch them together into a mesmerizing loop that feels as good as it looks. You’ll leave feeling graceful in your movement and inspired in your practice
ACT (Cool acro transitions)
Join Manas for a class on the coolest, most dynamic transitions in acro! Known for his creative flow and smooth connections, Manas will guide you through a series of jaw-dropping moves that add flair and fluidity to your practice. He’s handpicked his favorite transitions from hundreds he's developed to share in this action-packed session. You’ll leave inspired, sweaty, and ready to level up your acro flow.
Star and Reverse Star
This intermediate Acro Yoga class focuses on smooth transitions between star and reverse star poses, incorporating essential washing machines to build fluidity and control. It’s designed to get you familiar with new ways to flow in and out of these poses, expanding your transition skills and acro creativity.
Group machines
Group Machines are back by popular demand! More friends, more acro, more fun! We’ll turn regular Washing Machines into Group Washing Machines, passing each other around for a laugh-out-loud good time with your friends.
